We believe... the future of the church is directly related to how we minister to kids. Statistics tell us that only 6% of people age 19 years or older ever accept Jesus as their Savior. Because of this statistic, it is imperative to reach kids. It is our goal at WCON to teach our children the love of Jesus Christ while they are still in those tender years. Our purpose is not to take the place of parents in the role of "training up the child" but to come along side parents to encourage, support and assist in the process of helping our children grow spiritually. Our children are a vital part of our church!

The nursery provides loving care and introduces kids to God's love at all Saturday Sunday and Wednesday ministries for children birth through 2 years old.
Three year olds through kindergarten kids will attend Lil' HIP Kidz in room 206. This program is age-appropriate and fun! Kids will learn about God through crafts, games, Bible stories and interaction with loving adults.
HIP Kidz meets in the HIP Kidz Room and is our elementary program for all 1st through 5th graders. Through the use of large and small group times, kids will grow in their relationship with God.

Our mid-week program, HIP Wednesdayz, for ages 3 years to 5th grade, uses small groups and games to help kids build relationships with God and others. Join us in the gym!

Kidz Quizzing...
Kids in 1st through 5th grade dig deep into Scripture and compete with other Nazarene churches throughout the year.
Fifth graders up through adults are invited to join a team that ministers using a variety of creative arts.
