Westminster Church of the Nazarene

Westminster Church is a worshipping church! God has created within us a desire to worship and it is the goal of the Worship Arts Ministry to provide opportunities for service and worship in your area of interest. God has given us the gift of music to glorify Him as well as encourage and minister to one another. No matter what your level of training, if you have a desire to serve God and use the gifts he has given you, we have a place for you. Worship with us! Following are some ministry opportunities that may interest you:

MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES:

CELEBRATION CHOIR ... open to all, is our foundational ministry. This is the hub where we come together in worship, fellowship, and accountability. This is done each Wednesday night from 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. The choir leads worship during Saturday night and Sunday morning services, often providing special music. Each year the Celebration Choir presents 2-3 seasonal productions as well.

PRAISE BAND / TEAM ... selected, advance musicians participating in the worship leading experience. Involves a weekly rehearsal and a commitment to faithful attendance in all services.

TECHNICAL MINISTRY ... involves teams of audio/visual technicians who make the corporate worship presentation "hearer and visually friendly". This involves tech team meetings, work days, setting up and serving services on a monthly rotation.
