Pastor Stan started in the ministry by pastoring his home church for 9 years. He studied in Canada, England, and the United States and received his Doctorate in 1996. He is married to his best friend and they have two children. He enjoys hockey, golf and having coffee with Janet. Pastor Stan came to know the Lord at the age of 17. His passion for ministry is to equip the saints for works of service. (Eph. 4:12-16) |
Andy Albright - Jr. High Youth Pastor

Pastor Andy earned a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. He taught for two years in the Jefferson County public school system but then left teaching because he could not ignore God’s call to enter into full-time ministry. He has been at WCON on a part-time basis since August of 2004, but in September, 2005, Pastor Andy became the full-time Junior High Youth Pastor. He is married to Sarah and they have one son. He enjoys playing, coaching and watching basketball. One of his ministry goals is to promote a friendly atmosphere for every junior high student to grow spiritually. |

Tomas Alvarez - Latino Pastor

Pastor Tomás was born and raised in Chiapas, Mexico. He is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has pastored in México and the United States since 1980. He has received a Master of Divinity degree. Pastor Tomás is married to his dear wife, Ruth, and has four grown children and one granddaughter. He and the whole family enjoy spending time together cooking and eating authentic Mexican food. |
David Baca - Connecting Pastor

Pastor David is new to the WCON Staff, however, he and his family are not new to Westminster Church. The Baca's have been an active part of ministry for many years. Pastor David has completed courses from Manhattan Christian College and has been a Lay Pastor since 2005. His passion is to make every person that walks through the church doors feel welcome and appreciated and to help them "connect" in service to the Lord with their God-given spiritual gifts. Pastor David is married to his better half & best friend, Regina, and has three children and one grandchild. |

Rob Bollinger - Executive Pastor

Pastor Rob has a degree in business. After spending 20 years in industry, he came into full-time ministry at Westminster Church in 2001. After completing ministerial studies, he was ordained into the Nazarene Church in 2006. He is Married and has three children. He enjoys camping, hiking and snowshoeing with his family in the Rockies. Pastor Rob came to the Lord in 1989 and states, “The anchor to my ministry is to ‘live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.’” (Gal. 2:20) |
Amy Howard - Children's Pastor

Pastor Amy earned bachelors’ degrees in Elementary Education and Bible. She taught for five years in the public school system and in May of 2004, she earned a masters degree in Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies. Pastor Amy has been on staff at WCON since June, 2004, and her deep desire is to build a partnership with parents and provide a fun, caring environment where children come to know the Lord as their personal Savior and grow in their faith. |

Loyd McLaughlin - Pastoral Care

Pastor Loyd is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has pastored in the church since 1966. He has received a Masters of Divinity. He is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and a member of the Wesleyan Theological Society. He has faithfully served WCON since 1999 by making hospital and nursing home visitations, developing the “Prime Timers” 50+ministries, conducting weddings, funerals, and preaching as needed. Pastor Loyd is married and has four grown children and seven grandchildren. |
Janette Mikatich - Local Missionary

Janette earned a Certificate in Leadership and an MA in Intercultural Ministries. She is also certified to teach ESL (English-as-a-Second Language) and to serve as a Red Cross Shelter Manager. Married in 1981, Janette and her husband have two adult sons. Janette took an early retirement from the District Attorney’s Office, where she was the administrator of a counseling program for first-time felony offenders, to answer God’s calling to serve as a Local Missionary at WCON. Janette’s deep desire is to be used by God in fulfilling the Great Commission, bringing people from all nations before the throne of Christ (Mt 28:19). |

David Palmer - Worship Arts Pastor

Pastor David's objective is to be aligned in, and partnered with a ministry that values excellence, creativity, purposefulness, and authenticity in pursuit of lost, disenfranchised, and brokenhearted people for Christ. Being new to WCON as of February 2008, he comes to us with 20 years experience leading strong ministries in three churches. Pastor David enjoys all styles of music and uses his strong vocal and instrumental skills to lead us in worship. He and his wife, Erin, have 5 children. Pastor David's hobbies are fishing, cooking, reading, waterskiing, rock climbing, gardening, and travel. |
Valerie Ray

Valerie is a recent graduate of Metro State University with a degree in Music Eduation. She is a talented musician and vocalist who is currently leading the Worship Arts Ministry for IGNITE Youth and the Remedy New-Start church. |

Pastor Jason graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Music Business. Pastor Jason has served in ministry at Maranatha! Music and Promise Keepers prior to coming to WCON in June of 2005. Married in 2001, Jason and his wife Stacey have two mini-dachshunds, Lady and Sammie. He enjoys skiing, listening to music, gardening, and playing just about any sport. Pastor Jason has a passion to help others realize that worship is far more than twenty minutes of music on Sunday morning, it is instead encapsulated in every thing we do. |
Ronnie Wilson - Sr. High Youth Pastor

Pastor Ronnie has a degree in Christian Education with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. He has an M.A. degree in Theology and a Masters of Divinity. He and his wife, Shannon, have one son. They enjoy outdoor activities and investing in the lives of students. |
