Brian Wiesinger - Lead Pastor

Brian has been in ministry for 27 years. He has been in Oklahoma, Arizona, Tennessee and now in Colorado. He has a passion to communicate the Scripture in a very practical, everyday way, where God does not seem far away, but an intimate part of life. Brian has been married to Kim for 26 years and they have 4 children, Madison, Mylee, Brady and Maci. They love to go out to eat, laugh at silly movies, cheer at one another's sporting events and play Wii.

Tomas Alvarez - Latino Pastor

 

 Pastor Tomás was born and raised in Chiapas, Mexico. He earned a Master of Divinity degree, is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has pastored in México and the United States since 1980. Pastor Tomás is married to his dear wife, Ruth. Together they have;four grown children, two granddaughters and one grandson. He and the whole family enjoy spending time together cooking and eating authentic Mexican food.

David Baca- Connecting Pastor

The Baca's have been an active part of ministry for many years. Pastor David has completed courses from Manhattan Christian College and has been a Lay Pastor since 2005. His passion is to make every person that walks through the church doors feel welcome and appreciated, as well as to help them "connect" in service to the Lord with their God-given spiritual gifts. Pastor David is married to his better half and best friend, Regina, and has three children and two grandchildren.

 

Isaac Gilmore - 'Tweens Pastor

Pastor Isaac started at CCON in 2007 as the Children’s Ministry Intern.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education (2008) followed by a Master’s degree in Religion (2010).  He joined the staff at CCON as Children & Family Pastor for Remedy and in September 2011 transitioned to the ‘Tweens Pastor ministering to students, grades 4-6.  Born in Phoenix, Pastor Isaac is the oldest of 3 children and his parents currently live in Michigan.

Amy Guthire - Christian Education and Children's Pastor

/files/Staff Pictures/Amy.jpg Pastor Amy earned bachelors degrees in Elementary Education and Bible. She taught for five years in the public school system and in May of 2004, she earned a masters degree in Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies. Pastor Amy started her tenure on staff in 2004 as the Children's Pastor and has recently expanded her responsibilites to include Christian Education for all age levels.  It is her deep desire is to build a caring environment where all can come to know the Lord as their personal Savior and grow in their faith. Pastor Amy is married to husband, Tim and they have a son named Jacob..

Chris Johnson - Youth Pastor

Pastor Chris previously served on the Tennessee District for almost 10 years. His collegiate studies in Social Work and Biblical Studies give him a firm foundation to ministry to our youth and their families. Chris was ordained as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2009. His passion is to help students and families develop a bold faith that pushes them to love God above all and to make a difference in their world. He has been married to Katie since 2008 together they have a son.

Loyd McLaughlin - Pastoral Care

Pastor Loyd is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has pastored since 1966. He earned a Masters of Divinity, is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and a member of the Wesleyan Theological Society. He has faithfully served CCON since 1999 by making hospital and nursing home visitations, developing the “PrimeTimers” 50+ Ministry, conducting weddings, funerals, and preaching as needed.Pastor Loyd is widowed and has four grown children and seven grandchildren.

Janette Mikatich - Local Missionary

Janette earned a Certificate in Leadership and an MA in Intercultural Ministries. She is also certified to teach ESL (English-as-a-Second Language) and to serve as a Red Cross Shelter Manager. Married in 1981, Janette and her husband have two adult sons. Janette took an early retirement from the District Attorney’s Office to answer God’s calling to serve as a Local Missionary at CCON. Janette is also a certified Field Traumatologist with Nazarene Disaster Response.

Nathan Sutliff - Worship Arts Pastor

Nate has a Bachelor's degree in "Religion and the Arts" and "Multimedia Productions." Before accepting his position here at The Crossing Church, his ministry career was in Columbia, Tennesee.  In his 8 years there, he started as a Youth Worship Team volunteer and eventually became Pastor of Worship Arts. Pastor Nate has been married to his best friend and the left-brain to his right-brain, Kelly, for 4 years.
